Edmonton, Alberta — OneSoft Solutions Inc. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, OneBridge Solutions Inc., the company developed the Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) platform, a cloud-based SaaS solution designed to transform how pipeline operators manage the integrity of their infrastructure.

Through a combination of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, the CIM platform was able to identify anomalies and predict future corrosion growth with a degree of accuracy that surpassed conventional engineering methods. The transaction valued the company at a significant premium to its trading price, reflecting the strategic value of the CIM platform and the OneBridge team's expertise in pipeline integrity management.
