Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, OneBridge Solutions Inc., the company developed the Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) platform, a cloud-based SaaS solution designed to transform how pipeline operators manage the integrity of their infrastructure.

The Cognitive Integrity Management platform was built on Microsoft Azure and leveraged advanced statistical models alongside proprietary machine learning algorithms. Key capabilities included corrosion growth prediction, crack management, internal corrosion analysis, and compliance with industry standards such as API 1163 for ILI performance validation.

Through a combination of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, the CIM platform was able to identify anomalies and predict future corrosion growth with a degree of accuracy that surpassed conventional engineering methods. This capability was particularly valuable for operators managing tens of thousands of miles of pipeline, where even small improvements in predictive accuracy could translate into millions of dollars in avoided dig costs.

In November 2024, OneSoft Solutions Inc. completed its acquisition by Irth Solutions LLC, a portfolio company of Blackstone Inc. The transaction valued the company at a significant premium to its trading price, reflecting the strategic value of the CIM platform and the OneBridge team's expertise in pipeline integrity management.
